I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist, trained at the Tavistock Clinic, London. I have over 25 years of experience working with adults and older adolescents in the NHS and in private practice.
I am qualified to provide a safe, reliable and confidential psychotherapy practice.

Some of the reasons people come to see me include: depression, stress or anxiety, problems in relationships, feeling stuck, struggling to adjust to change, and experiences of loss. This might include a wish to speak to someone impartial and feel less bound up with people closer to home.

My therapeutic approach draws on theories and practices of psychoanalysis. It is based on the belief that there can be more going on in our minds than we are aware of, which is sometimes informed by our past experiences. Understanding what’s going on internally can free us to make new choices and realise more of our potential.

My psychoanalytic psychotherapy practice is in Larkhall, Bath.
