I have been a psychoanalytic psychotherapist for fifteen years and a Chartered clinical psychologist for twenty-five years. After completing a degree and post-graduate training in psychology, I trained at the Tavistock Clinic in London in psychoanalytic psychotherapy. In addition to my private practice I have considerable experience in the National Health Service, having worked for many years at the Royal Free and St. Ann's hospitals in London. I also worked for seven years as a counsellor/psychotherapist with students and staff at King's College, London.
I supervise psychotherapists in private practice and have been a supervisor on both Birkbeck and Tavistock Centre training courses.
My private practice is in Bath where I work as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist with older adolescents and adults.
